Director, Quality Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise quality strategy and QA operating model.
• Standardize testing processes, planning, regression, and release readiness.
• Own tooling for test management, automation, performance, accessibility, and security.
• Drive automated testing across UI, API, mobile, and services.
• Lead accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1+), VPAT/ACR reporting, and audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering within a software product company; scalable systems.
• 4+ years leading QA organizations or enterprise quality programs.
• Experience designing standardized QA processes and test automation in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1+), VPATs/ACRs; security testing (SAST/DAST).
