📋 Description

• Lead internal development and coordination of Oscar's public policy strategy.
• Manage external public policy consultants and internal policy education.
• Develop collateral to influence legislators, regulators, associations.
• Advise internal teams on healthcare and technology policy.
• Communicate research clearly to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with Government Affairs to drive advocacy strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years in federal public policy.
• 7+ years in healthcare policy.
• 2+ years advising senior policy executives and C-Suite.
• 2+ years representing org before regulators or legislators.
• 2+ years in exec branch, Congress, or state insurance regulation.
