• Lead Oscar's external coalition strategy and national coalition.
• Align coalition activity with federal/state policy goals.
• Translate healthcare and tech policy into advocacy content.
• Manage cross-functional inputs and external partners; track milestones.
• Collaborate with GA/Policy to integrate coalition work into advocacy.
• Ensure compliance with lobbying, ethics, and disclosure laws.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years in government affairs; 5+ years leading campaigns.
• 5+ years providing strategic counsel to senior policy executives and C-Suite.
