🎯 Requirements
- PhD in life sciences with 8+ years, or MS with equivalent experience.
- Protein structure–function analysis and modeling (Schrödinger/MOE/Rosetta); bispecific antibodies.
- Deep understanding of antibody structure-function, sequence optimization, and expression/purification workflows.
- Experience in binding and biophysical analyses (BLI, SPR) and biophysical characterization (SEC, DSF, DLS).
- Familiarity with Fc engineering, half-life extension, developability, and immunogenicity.
- Experience deploying AI/ML models for protein sequence/structure analysis to enable biologics design.
