Coordinate cross-functional input to review proposals and budgets per policy and sponsor.
Lead cross-functional review team; drive vision and objectives; motivate the team.
Advise on HR processes: salary administration, interviewing, and development.
Act as ambassador for Proposals; drive inter-department communications and negotiations.
Develop long-term initiatives aligned with leadership to drive growth.
Ensure high quality, timely delivery; oversee key deliverables and RFP triage.

🎯 Requirements

University Degree in scientific and/or business/communication and/or similar discipline.
Previous CRO experience is required.
10+ years leading BD deliverables for CRO/Pharma/Med Device globally.
Experience in line management preferred.
Fluent in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
