- Direct, manage, and govern global projects with PMs.
- Lead clinical programs and, when needed, manage activities.
- Serve as primary sponsor escalation point beyond PM.
- Optimize profitability to meet or exceed budget targets.
- Allocate resources to hit cost, time, and quality goals.
- Train, develop, and coach Project Directors and Project Managers.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science/health; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in clinical research with project management and line management.
- Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally including overnight stays.
