- PMI Certification is an asset.
- Contact Center background (Avaya/Cisco) with strong technical orientation.
- Software/solution deployment projects delivery experience in IT.
- Experience in multi-cultural environment serving regional/global customers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT management or business preferred.
