📋 Description

  • Lead CS & PS in Japan to drive measurable outcomes, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Oversee strategy for the full customer lifecycle; map to the Customer Value Journey.
  • Build operating model and playbooks; implement ongoing CS measurement.
  • Define and mature an organizational structure for scalable support excellence.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor CS & PS professionals; hire and nurture talent.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to drive advocacy and align with Eng/PM/Support.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years SaaS/Cloud; 5+ years leading CS/PS in Japan; global exp a plus.
  • Experience with large enterprises and complex strategic sales.
  • Proven ability to scale orgs and drive operational excellence.
  • Executive-level communication; fluent in English and Japanese.
  • Experience building and scaling world-class CS/PS teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred; relevant domain a plus.
