🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years SaaS/Cloud; 5+ years leading CS/PS in Japan; global exp a plus.
- Experience with large enterprises and complex strategic sales.
- Proven ability to scale orgs and drive operational excellence.
- Executive-level communication; fluent in English and Japanese.
- Experience building and scaling world-class CS/PS teams.
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred; relevant domain a plus.
