Director, Product Security Architecture

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Product Security Architects and specialists.
• Own and evolve the Product Security Architecture strategy; accelerate secure delivery.
• Oversee Product Security Risk Register; prioritize risks with Product/Engineering.
• Define and drive security visions, standards, paved roads, secure-by-default configurations.
• Lead the Product Security AI strategy for scaling; AI-assisted reviews.
• Partner with AppSec, Infra Sec, Security Research, and Compliance on risk reduction.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading software, architecture, or AppSec in high-velocity R&D.
• Strong AppSec literacy; secure design; familiarity with common vulnerabilities.
• Deep understanding of systemic product security risks: CI/CD, software supply chain, IAM, AI.
• Proven ability to operate in constrained environments; balance goals with risk reduction.
• Track record influencing roadmaps with Product/Engineering leaders.
• Experience designing scalable security patterns: paved roads and secure-by-default configurations.
