🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years product management, incl managing PMs/managers.
- Experience with platform, infra, or commerce systems (payments, identity, fraud).
- Strong technical fluency; comfortable with system design tradeoffs.
- Proven track record leading multi-quarter cross-team platform initiatives.
- Excellent written/verbal comms; align with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain PMs.
- Preferred: ecommerce/ marketplaces / enterprise platforms.
