📋 Description

• Define partner strategy and scale engagements across customers and Postman.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, marketing, legal, and PR.
• Drive product growth via partnerships with SaaS tools (Microsoft, GitHub, AWS).
• Establish partner programs, frameworks, and governance to scale partnerships.
• Build relationships with key partners and senior executives to drive outcomes.
• Define and track GTM metrics to measure partner impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product, partnerships, or tech roles in software.
• Aptitude, drive, and passion for developers, collaboration, ecosystems.
• Hands-on contributor with ability to shape strategy across teams.
• Proven track record launching and scaling partnerships that deliver results.
• Excellent communication and influence across product, engineering, and GTM.
• Ideal mix of technical, product, and business skills in developer tooling.
• Experience with customer discovery, market analysis, and competitive research.
• Comfort negotiating complex partnership deals and commercial terms.
