🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in trading ops or middle office; 3-5 years in leadership.
- Detail-oriented and organized in a dynamic environment.
- Broad understanding of OTC, crypto, derivatives; data capture & reconciliation.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office, incl. Excel and VBA.
- Experience with SQL and writing daily operation queries.
