- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 5+ years in leadership, building or scaling teams.
- Proven PMM leadership for international/EMEA markets, with enterprise or upper mid-market customers.
- Proven GTM strategies that drove adoption, revenue, and retention in new/underpenetrated regions.
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear strategies and roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
- Strong storyteller who distills complex data-rich products into concise narratives for executives.
- Analytical, using data to size opportunities, prioritize bets, and measure funnel impact.
