📋 Description

  • Set the PMM strategy for EMEA/APAC, defining markets, segments, and win conditions.
  • Craft region-specific messaging, positioning, and narratives to drive awareness.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM for key launches and growth in EMEA/APAC.
  • Partner with regional Sales, Marketing, SDR, and CS to build full-funnel journeys.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, role-based value propositions.
  • Run market and customer insight work with CI to maintain a live regional view.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 5+ years in leadership, building or scaling teams.
  • Proven PMM leadership for international/EMEA markets, with enterprise or upper mid-market customers.
  • Proven GTM strategies that drove adoption, revenue, and retention in new/underpenetrated regions.
  • Turn ambiguous problems into clear strategies and roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong storyteller who distills complex data-rich products into concise narratives for executives.
  • Analytical, using data to size opportunities, prioritize bets, and measure funnel impact.
