📋 Description

• Build the vision for XRP-ledger payments solutions to reduce friction in moving money globally.
• Develop/test liquidity, payments, and FX using DeFi tools (onchain pools, DEX, stablecoins).
• Create and communicate product stories and requirements to guide cross-functional teams.
• Set and drive performance benchmarks using data to inform decisions.
• Partner with engineering, sales, and BD to define/build growth products.

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15 years in financial services/fintech/crypto with 4-5 years in core product mgmt.
• Proven track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products.
• 0-1 thinking; proven product-building/launching experience.
• Bridge business needs with technical requirements; strong cross-team communication.
• Experience driving cross-functional influence and resolving conflict.
• Strategic problem solver with forward-looking mindset.
