• 8-12+ years in product management; two-sided marketplaces.
• 5+ years leading PM teams.
• Strong systems thinker; connects signals to action.
• High judgment and clear point of view; owns decisions.
• Experience applying AI/ML to product problems.
• Experience with experimentation and data-driven decisions.
