🎯 Requirements

- Understanding CMS Interoperability Rules, ONC HTI-1, HIPAA, information-blocking.
- Ability to translate regulatory and technical requirements into roadmaps; strong leadership.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum in SaaS/cloud-native environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with execs and teams.
