Director, Product Management (Data)

📋 Description

• Set long-term vision and strategy for data platform and data products.
• Lead and mentor multiple data teams; foster collaboration and ownership.
• Build and scale data pipelines, governance, metadata, and ML/AI platforms for fintech products.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, design, marketing, compliance, and leadership on data-led initiatives.
• Translate regulatory, privacy, and security requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Champion responsible data practices ensuring accuracy and ethical usage.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product management; 5+ years leading product teams; 3+ years in data/platform areas.
• Proven success owning large-scale data platforms, infra, or ML/AI roadmaps in fintech/tech.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, pipelines, analytics workflows, and cloud ecosystems.
• Strong track record building and scaling teams; mentoring senior PMs.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management; exec-level influence.
• Data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and product analytics.
