📋 Description

• Define and drive Operating Account strategy across Banking and AP.
• Own end-to-end product vision from customer accounts to liquidity.
• Lead multi-year platform strategy and manage PM teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and partners.
• Build a unified banking and AP experience for customers.
• Deliver measurable impact with data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product mgmt, leading high-performing PM teams.
• Proven track record delivering multi-quarter/ multi-year strategies with impact.
• Strong business and systems thinking; translate ops to customer experiences.
• Data-driven decision maker; use SQL or similar to inform priorities.
• Exceptional communicator; clarify strategy and tradeoffs for execs.
• Experience building trusted, mission-critical products with reliability.
