- 5+ years analyst/engineer in a technical role
- 5+ years Agile; leading product teams and lifecycle
- Excellent communication and leadership with seniors and teams
- Strong negotiation; translate customer needs to actions
- Data-driven leadership; use reports to prioritize projects
