📋 Description

• Define and execute a roadmap for Flex APIs and developer tools.
• Evolve Flex from a standalone app to AI-native, decomposable components.
• Own roadmap execution and operations for the Flex PM team.
• Mentor a team of Product Managers, driving rigor and high performance.
• Improve APIs, SDKs, docs, and tooling for developers.
• Collaborate with Eng, Architecture, Design, and GTM for scalable Flex.
• Lead Twilio India site, partnering with Bangalore leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years product management, with 4+ years as a manager.
• Proven experience with APIs, developer tools, and cloud-native infra.
• Strong technical acumen; engage with engineering on architecture and scalability.
• 5+ years in multi-tenant SaaS and cloud platforms.
• Experience in CCaaS or Customer Engagement Platform space.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and mentor PMs.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Desired: Familiarity with Voice AI and AI use in CC products.
• Desired: Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Desired: Ability to work across time zones with distributed teams.
