- Define and execute a multi-year enterprise product vision aligned with Peloton’s corporate goals.
- Advise CFO/CHRO/CMO and leaders; identify tech opportunities for efficiency or growth.
- Lead Next-Gen automation with Agentic AI; deploy autonomous agents across Finance, HR, and SCM.
- Own end-to-end lifecycle for internal platforms: discovery to delivery and scaling.

🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in PM, management consulting, or enterprise architecture; at least 5 years in internal enterprise apps.
- Experience supporting three domains: Finance (ERP/FP&A), HR (HCM), SCM (PLM/WMS), Marketing (CRM) or Legal.
- Familiar with SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Coupa; strong AI/ML deployment knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven success leading digital transformations with ROI or major operational shifts.
- Speak LTV with Marketing, EBITDA with Finance, and Talent Pipeline with HR.
- Understand modern SaaS architectures and ERP ecosystems.
- Passionate about Agentic AI and autonomous agents for middle/back-office operations.
- Excel at navigating stakeholders and building consensus across units.
