🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in senior/director SaaS roles.
• Deep domain expertise in contact center/CX or adjacent enterprise AI products.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products at scale, including LLMs or copilots.
• Strong technical fluency: architecture, model selection, RAG pipelines, integration.
• Proven cross-functional leadership through ambiguity delivering outcomes.
• Strong executive communication, translating complex tech for leaders.
