Director, Product Management

📋 Description

• Collaborate with VP of Engineering to define product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans aligned with company objectives.
• Partner with Engineering to define product requirements and help plan development sprints.
• Own end-to-end product success: define KPIs, monitor adoption, and iterate based on data.
• Champion partner voices via regular engagement with health plans, clinicians, and operations teams.
• Embed with Engineering throughout the lifecycle, providing clear requirements and rapid feedback.
• Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) and run daily standups to unblock progress.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Product Manager or related role.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into product decisions.
• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to executives.
• Experience interfacing directly with customers and translating feedback into product improvements.
