- Lead global Product Integrity across Reliability, Failure Analysis, Field Quality, and Manufacturing.
- Build and scale a Reliability & Global Manufacturing Quality CoE with standardized processes.

- Establish global quality standards: PFMEA, control plans, SPC, GR&R, audits.
- Drive cross-site governance with aligned KPIs, reporting, escalation, and CAPA.

🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in hardware reliability or product quality in high-volume electronics or wearables.
- Deep experience in global manufacturing: multi-site QC and contract manufacturing.
- DfR expertise, quality systems, and validation methods (PFMEA, SPC, DOE, 8D).
- Proven success improving yield, reducing escapes, and scaling quality globally.
- Experience standardizing governance across global sites with KPI alignment.
- Leads multi-disciplinary, globally distributed teams across engineering, operations, and data science.
