Director, Product Design (Remote Eligible)

📋 Description

• Help establish, drive and articulate a vision for design at Smartsheet.
• Define the user experience strategy and vision for your areas.
• Establish goals and metrics that design decisions map to.
• Manage day-to-day and strategic UX activities with human-centered processes.
• Build, evolve and scale UX processes, standards, and tools.
• Mentor and coach UX designers; create career paths for team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in cross-functional roles leading strategic projects.
• 6+ years leading and mentoring UX teams; manager of managers a plus.
• Experience leading a large team of designers (10+).
• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience gathering user insights and conducting usability testing.
• Expert in Figma, Creative Cloud, and rapid prototyping.
