🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design with leadership of design teams.
• Strategic partner to Product and Engineering with measurable impact.
• Deep systems thinking; experience building scalable platforms or B2B tools.
• High bar for craft; raise quality while balancing speed and sustainability.
• Strong ownership and bias toward action; lead zero-to-one work.
• Experience integrating emerging technologies, including generative AI.
