• Drive scalable design processes and a unified design language across domains.

• 10+ years in product design across multiple experiences.
• 5+ years in design leadership leading people and strategy.
• Evidence of design contributions across power-user interfaces.
• Experience shaping design direction, goals, and opportunities with impact.
• Strong storytelling for cross-functional audiences.
• Ability to break complex systems into manageable parts; mentoring.
