🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Design with 5+ years leadership incl. hiring.
• Led high-velocity design teams with meaningful impact on customers and business.
• Extensive experience leading consumer-facing design for native iOS and Android.
• Create design direction and processes balancing small iterations with large changes.
• Strong bias-to-action to build, test, and learn from outcomes.
• Analytical approach using qualitative and quantitative insights.
