🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- SAFe / Scaled Agile certification (e.g., SPC, PAL, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, program mgmt, or enterprise delivery.
- Minimum 5 years leading multi-disciplinary teams with operational execution.
- Experience contributing to functional strategy and department improvements.
- Proven portfolio, risk, and cross-team coordination experience.
