Director, Product (Auto P&C)

📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, and commercial success from inception to market
• Build AI-first products guiding decisions in auto casualty claims
• Work directly with senior insurance executives to uncover problems and drive outcomes
• Get early product concepts in front of customers to test and decide what to build next
• Partner with customer success, sales, and product marketing to develop go-to-market for new lines
• Write code and build prototypes with engineers using AI coding tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-production SaaS
• At least one 0-to-1 product build, ideally in a startup or high-velocity env
• Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products
• Track record of working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward action and learning
