Director, Product (Auto P&C)

📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, and commercial success from inception to market validation.
• Build and ship AI-first products that guide decision-making in auto casualty claims.
• Work with senior executives at major insurers to uncover problems and drive outcomes.
• Get early product concepts in front of customers and use feedback to decide what to build.
• Partner with CS, sales, and product marketing to develop go-to-market for new product lines.
• Write code and prototype with engineers, using AI coding tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-production SaaS.
• At least one 0-to-1 product build, ideally in startup or high-velocity env.
• Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products.
• Track record working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to validate direction.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with bias toward action.
