📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of managers and senior analysts.
• Own analytics strategy for Chime's Lending portfolio.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Finance, and Strategy leaders.
• Drive experimentation strategy for product and risk tests.
• Define north star metrics, dashboards, and cadences.
• Translate data into executive-ready insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics; proven leader of managers or senior ICs in fintech.
• Proven track record owning analytics for a major product area.
• Deep expertise in experimentation and causal inference for product and risk.
• Excellent communication; present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on SQL and analytics tools; guide teams on scalable practices.
• Strategic mindset with execution; set direction and ensure delivery.
