📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of managers and senior analysts.
• Own analytics strategy for Lending: credit, liquidity, underwriting, repayment.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Finance, and Strategy to influence roadmaps.
• Drive experimentation strategy; translate insights into scalable impact.
• Define north star metrics, dashboards, and cadences.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics with experience managing managers and senior ICs in fintech or data-rich environments.
• Proven track record owning analytics for a major product area and influencing cross-functional strategy.
• Deep expertise in experimentation and causal inference for product and risk problems.
• Strong product and business intuition linking member behavior to outcomes and strategy.
• Excellent communication; experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on SQL and modern analytics tools; guide teams on best practices.
