Director, Procurement

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and scale enterprise-wide procurement.
• Design and implement procurement strategy; drive cost reductions.
• Own full procure-to-pay lifecycle across the organization.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and onboarding.
• Establish procurement policies, internal controls, and compliance.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Tech, and BU leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 12+ years in sourcing and purchasing.
• NAPM or APICS certification preferred.
• Six Sigma or Lean training preferred.
• Proven cost reduction track record.
• Strong negotiation and contract review skills.
