๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own client relationships and drive successful deal outcomes
  • Lead capital markets engagements with institutional clients
  • Develop relations with hedge funds, asset managers, and buy-side clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with sellers (VC/PE firms and LPs)
  • Expand Forge's network with Silicon Valley communities and high-net-worth individuals
  • Collaborate with growth engineering to scale client engagement
  • Provide market insights and oversee transaction processes
  • Partner with operations, legal, and stakeholders for successful outcomes
  • Location: Hybrid in SF, 2-3 days in office

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5โ€“7 years in financial services sales, focused on institutional sales and/or private placements
  • Proven experience meeting quarterly sales or revenue targets
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
  • Strong client service orientation with attention to detail throughout the deal process
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Experience with secondary transactions
  • Background in venture capital and private equity
