π― Requirements
- 12β16 years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Sales Engineering β 3+ years leading a team
- Last 2+ years hands-on in AI product Pre-Sales β not adjacent to it, in it
- AI stack knowledge: LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, token costs, prompt engineering, RAG, APIs
- Able to scope and run technically rigorous POCs without needing an engineer to translate
- Commercial fluency around AI pricing models β tokens, compute, licensing, and total cost of ownership discussions
- Deep experience with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- A hands-on coach who leads discovery, demos, and debriefs with the team
