🎯 Requirements

  • 12–16 years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Sales Engineering β€” 3+ years leading a team
  • Last 2+ years hands-on in AI product Pre-Sales β€” not adjacent to it, in it
  • AI stack knowledge: LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, token costs, prompt engineering, RAG, APIs
  • Able to scope and run technically rigorous POCs without needing an engineer to translate
  • Commercial fluency around AI pricing models β€” tokens, compute, licensing, and total cost of ownership discussions
  • Deep experience with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • A hands-on coach who leads discovery, demos, and debriefs with the team
