🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years in product/tech strategy, platform enablement, or healthcare innovation.
- 7+ years in strategic process improvement and technology enablement.
- Excellent communicator with cross-functional influence across Platform Leadership and operations.
- Working knowledge of AI, automation in healthcare; familiarity with EHR/EMR and CRM.
- Experience evaluating vendors and managing pilots.
