- Define platform strategy and vision across SugarCRM products.

- Ensure platform security, scalability, and delightful user/admin experiences.

🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading PMs.
- Deep understanding of platform and ecosystem strategy including APIs and integrations.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS products, ideally CRM or CX.
- Track record delivering cross-product initiatives such as unified UX, analytics, or data frameworks.
- Strong technical acumen; able to engage with Engineering and Architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
