- Strong cloud architecture and networking; secure/compliant environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Track record of platform outcomes: dev velocity, reliability, cost/perf.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams; across time zones, with aligned rhythms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation; articulate strategy to execs, engineers, vendors.
