- Strong AI literacy; hands-on with AI tools for demand gen, segmentation, automation.
- Ability to embed AI into marketing operating models; drive efficiency and faster experimentation.
- Experience leading 5+ marketers; building strong team cultures.
- Deep familiarity with the B2B buying cycle; product-led growth interplay.
- Exceptional analytical skills; KPI definition, data interpretation, AI-driven insights.
- Cross-functional collaboration; align stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product; AI-powered adoption.
