🎯 Requirements

  • 12-15+ years in People Strategy, Operations, Analytics, or transformation.
  • Experience designing and leading enterprise HR or business transformation with measurable impact.
  • Deep expertise in program and portfolio management, governance, and exec reporting.
  • Experience leading HR M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
  • Strong business acumen linking People strategy to commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive storytelling.
