- Build and lead a scalable People Ops function to support global headcount growth.
- Design, implement, and improve onboarding, mobility, performance, exits, and related processes.

- Oversee the operations of a shared service center, ensuring compliant HR delivery globally.
- Develop and track key metrics and dashboards; provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to align People strategies with business goals.
- Leverage data/analytics to inform decisions and communicate impact at the executive level.
- Champion adoption of new technologies and HR systems to automate, simplify, and scale People Operations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the People Operations team.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across jurisdictions.
- Influence and build a world-class People Ops team with best practices and first principles.
- This role is based in Singapore.
