📋 Description

  • Build and lead a scalable People Ops function to support global headcount growth.
  • Design, implement, and improve onboarding, mobility, performance, exits, and related processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies, drive change management, and enhance employee experience.
  • Oversee the operations of a shared service center, ensuring compliant HR delivery globally.
  • Develop and track key metrics and dashboards; provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to align People strategies with business goals.
  • Leverage data/analytics to inform decisions and communicate impact at the executive level.
  • Champion adoption of new technologies and HR systems to automate, simplify, and scale People Operations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the People Operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across jurisdictions.
  • Influence and build a world-class People Ops team with best practices and first principles.
  • This role is based in Singapore.
