Director, People Operations

📋 Description

• Own and improve People Operations across the full lifecycle.
• Lead and develop a high-performing People Operations team.
• Own integrity of employee data end-to-end, identifying gaps and risks.
• Design and test critical People processes and internal controls, with SOX focus.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Security to translate needs into durable infrastructure.
• Oversee HR systems and vendors (HRIS, payroll, benefits) for a growing global org.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in People Ops with global team leadership.
• Designing scalable People processes and systems in high-growth env.
• Strong HR operational controls, audit readiness, and compliance (SOX preferred).
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and Security.
• Track record building teams and developing strong operators.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and prioritization under pressure.
