🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in People Ops with global team leadership.
  • Designing scalable People processes and systems in high-growth env.
  • Strong HR operational controls, audit readiness, and compliance (SOX preferred).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and Security.
  • Track record building teams and developing strong operators.
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and prioritization under pressure.
