📋 Description

• Partner with tech execs to align talent strategy with product/engineering roadmaps.
• Diagnose health metrics and lead design initiatives to boost velocity and innovation.
• Use data analytics and AI tools to provide leadership insights and forecast needs.
• Drive executive-level succession planning, coaching, and performance culture for fast-moving tech teams.
• Act as strategic translator to ensure Tech org needs are supported across Centers of Excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years as People & Culture Partner or HR leader in global tech org (Security or SaaS).
• Demonstrated technical weight, understanding R&D cycles and AI landscape.
• Proven ability to use data analytics to justify strategic shifts to executives.
• Strong executive presence with gravitas and empathy for P&C.
• Track record leading large-scale org design, exec-level succession planning, and global talent challenges.
• Experience modernizing People & Culture with AI-driven HR analytics.
