  • Proven ability to use data analytics to justify strategic shifts to executives.
  • Strong executive presence with gravitas and empathy for P&C.
  • Track record leading large-scale org design, exec-level succession planning, and global talent challenges.
  • Experience modernizing People & Culture with AI-driven HR analytics.
