  • Serve as primary People partner to Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity, and HR leaders.
  • Translate priorities into people plans for org health and talent development.
  • Lead org design and workforce planning; advise on headcount with Finance.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and calibration across Corporate Functions; coach managers.
  • Partner with L&D to connect employees with development resources.
  • Support HR compliance across jurisdictions.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years HR/People experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
  • Experience supporting Finance, Legal, Technology, or HR teams.
  • Comfortable partnering with senior leaders while also executing.
  • Strong foundation in employee relations, performance mgmt, and HR compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Working knowledge of org design, workforce planning, and talent review processes.
  • Ability to use people data and engagement insights to inform decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
