- 8+ years HR/People experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
- Experience supporting Finance, Legal, Technology, or HR teams.
- Comfortable partnering with senior leaders while also executing.
- Strong foundation in employee relations, performance mgmt, and HR compliance across jurisdictions.
- Working knowledge of org design, workforce planning, and talent review processes.
- Ability to use people data and engagement insights to inform decisions.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
