🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 10+ in strategic HRBP.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
- Life Sciences experience with a commercialized product is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- AI-enabled tools or analytics to improve HR processes and leadership decisions.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to use metrics to drive decisions.
