📋 Description

  • Partner with business leaders to align People strategies with business goals.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on engagement, retention, performance.
  • Lead People programs: performance management, workforce planning, succession, development.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to enhance workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with COEs on compensation, benefits, and workforce analytics.
  • Address complex employee relations issues and ensure policy compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 10+ in strategic HRBP.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Life Sciences experience with a commercialized product is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
  • AI-enabled tools or analytics to improve HR processes and leadership decisions.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to use metrics to drive decisions.
