π― Requirements
- 10+ years in People Analytics or Data Strategy; 4+ years leading analytics teams.
- Experience building/scaling People Analytics in fast-growth organizations.
- Expertise in employee listening and organizational health; CultureAmp/Glint/Qualtrics.
- Experience with People Data Platforms (OneModel, Visier) and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to executives.
- Understanding of data governance, quality, and security across HR systems.
