Director, People Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead the People Analytics function — set vision, strategy, roadmap.
• Scale people data foundation; enhance architecture and governance.
• Advance employee listening with surveys, feedback loops, diagnostics.
• Deliver actionable insights via dashboards, predictive analytics, deep dives.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate data into retention strategies.
• Evolve analytics maturity from descriptive to predictive using AI/ML.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in People Analytics or Data Strategy; 4+ years leading analytics teams.
• Experience building/scaling People Analytics in fast-growth organizations.
• Expertise in employee listening and organizational health; CultureAmp/Glint/Qualtrics.
• Experience with People Data Platforms (OneModel, Visier) and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to executives.
• Understanding of data governance, quality, and security across HR systems.
