• 10 years in People & Talent leading HR through scaling.
• Broad experience advising Senior Executives.
• Cross-cultural/global experience across the Americas.
• Excellent leadership, high EI and resilience.
• Strong interpersonal skills across cultures; prioritization ability.
• Excellent executive communication; experience in fast-growth, diverse leadership.
