🎯 Requirements

Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
8–12+ years in biopharma, healthcare, diagnostics, or health tech.
Proven experience designing and operating cross-functional programs.
Strong knowledge of diagnostic pathways and rare-disease ecosystems.
Partner with Commercial, Medical, Data Science, Regulatory and Legal teams.
