📋 Description

• Full-time remote role with benefits and bonus; PT schedule Central or Pacific.
• Lead a high-performing Enrollment Organization across managers and coordinators.
• Champion a multimodal patient journey with phone, SMS, chat, and self-service tools.
• Drive data-driven outbound outreach to boost enrollment and reduce stalled journeys.
• Oversee daily operations: workforce management, telephony, and digital touchpoints.
• Define KPIs balancing efficiency, growth, patient experience, and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in high-volume patient access/operations.
• 5-8 years managing other managers.
• Experience integrating digital tools (SMS, Portals) with live agents.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Zendesk; CCaaS tools like Five9, Talkdesk.
• Expertise in outbound outreach and lead management.
• Ability to manage a distributed remote non-exempt workforce; strong financial acumen.
